Happen's resident Pattern expert came out last night to teach everyone about how some people have used patterns not just in art but also everyday life. We learned that every where you looked you could see a pattern some where. Also everyone was able to bring out their inner Andy Warhol and create their own soup can patterns with all types of crazy flavors.

Due to the blanket of snow falling over our city, we will be closed this evening.

Be sure to stop in on Saturday to meet Eno, the Happen Alien! While he was lost in space this past week, he accidentally became a Space Invader. Check out what Eno found on his travels and learn the importance of respecting other people’s space! Receive your own happen sketchbook straight from outer space. This session begins at 11am.

Happen-ing Things This week.

On Tuesday, January 18 The King's Jester will be visiting Happen to teach all about gesture drawing, and possibly cracking a couple of jokes or doing some tumbling as well.

And on Wednesday, January 19 Meet Old Macdonald and watch out for pigs, chickens and cows as he teaches all about geometric shapes. Barns are raising with creativity in this fun and educational session that will keep everyone straight about geometric shapes.

Eno The One Point Perspective Alien.

Did you see the crop circles at Hoffner Park this morning? Nothing to worry about though it was just from Happen's resident alien, Eno. Eno and the children were able to learn about one point perspectives and able to create their own one point perspective worlds.
